This wearable consists of a Palm M100 PDA, a modified Handykey Twiddler keyboard and three pieces of essential software:
Fliphack turns the screen output 90 degrees to allow forearm mounting. (hack)
Twiddler driver is required for Palm-Twiddler interface. (hack)
Hackmaster is required to use Fliphack and the Twiddler driver.
I left the Twiddler cable long (you can see it wrapped around my wrist) to give me flexibility for mounting. Since I am now turning the M100 into a head mounted display I need the extra cable length. (in fact, I'll have to extend it)
The M100 is Velcroed onto a simple forearm band (leather-like material) which is attached to the forearm with Velcro straps.
Of course, you don't need a Twiddler to mount your PDA on your forearm! (come on, everyone's doin' it! It's cool! or as someone exclaimed as I walked down the street: "That's tight!") I often use the stylus to enter quick notes and the Twiddler, for longer ones, when I'm walking.

"I think they are great!!! I had asked for additional info on compatability. Their answer was very complete and helpful. They ship when they say they will and follow up with confirmations and tracking numbers automatically. It is also apparent that their employees are proud of their company and their positve attitude shines through in their correspondence and in the the way their web site is written. The people I gave the gifts to actually said I shouldnt have gone through all that. If they only knew how easy it was." - Carolyn M.
